Meet our newest Sales Manager, Connie Hageman! 

Connie joined our Eide family in January 2022 as a Sales Consultant. This summer, she started taking on managerial responsibilities and training, and now this month, became one of our Sales Managers. 

“Becoming a Sales Consultant has taught me to step out of my comfort zone, and that has aided in the growth of my confidence immensely,” Connie says.

Although the sales team at Eide Chrysler Pine City is small, the team has grown extremely close. “We all support each other and care about one another. We all want each other to succeed, because we know that when we work together as one, not only is one of us successful, we all are. We celebrate and lift each other up, and this has helped to create a family oriented work environment that I have not experienced anywhere else.”

Already a month into her new position, Connie shares that her favorite thing is being a part of the customer’s car buying process in many new ways, and being able to work with the team everyday. 

Moving forward, Connie is most looking forward to honing her skills in her new position, and getting better at her job every day. 

“So far, I have seen a lot of positive growth, both in myself and in our team,” Connie says. “Personally, I have gained a lot of confidence in starting my new managerial role, and I am so thankful for this opportunity. I have also seen our team start to gain confidence in me, which has aided in building trust with each other and becoming a strong leader myself.”

In her free time, Connie likes to travel, go to concerts and listen to live music, and hang out with her friends and family. 

“The Eide Organization is very lucky to have someone as talented as Connie working at Eide Chrysler Pine City,” says James Randall, Sales Manager at Eide Chrysler Pine City. “Connie’s positive attitude and strong work ethic made it a very easy choice to promote her to a management position within our store. And I’m very excited to see her take this next step in her career.”
